Terms and conditions

Copyright - As the artist I retain full copyright to the portrait, including photocopies and prints. I own the right to display commissioned works here on my website and on my social media platforms. Please specify before I commence the portrait if you do not wish for pet to be displayed online.

Deposits - I ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit before commencing the portrait. Until this is paid the portrait is not classified ordered.

Payments - The remaining balance will be invoiced to you when the portrait is complete and approved from you. I ask that the money is paid prior to receiving the final portrait.

Cancellations - I allow a 7 day period from initial deposit where you may cancel at no extra cost to you. Outside this period if I have commenced drawing I ask for an extra 15% to cover administration, material costs and artist time.
